2. Price of IT System Maintenance & Support  for a general task 

- Weekdays: Hourly fee $30 During business hours (8am-6pm), $60 Outside of business hours

- Weekends: Hourly fee $60 During business hours (8am-6pm), $90 Outside of business hours

- On-Site Supporting During business hours: $80 for the First Hour (within 15 km), then an Additional Hourly Fee of $30

- On-Call & Remote Supporting During business hours: $60 for the First Hour, then an Additional Hourly Fee of $30

* Additional fee of $10 is charged every 5km If the trip is longer than 15 km

* Item Pick-up  for $30 (within 15 km)

* Item Delivery for $30 (within 15 km)

* 10% or more Discounted From the Hourly Rate If the job takes longer than 4 hours

** The hourly rate can be increased for technical tasks such as jobs involving Server, Database, Network, Etc. Contact for details.
